This AusArt Day, 22 October, Belloo is aiming to raise $5,000 to support the people, relationships and opportunities that make our work possible — including mentorship for early-career artists.

Meet Janaki Gerard, Belloo’s 2025 mentee.

An actor with Tamil Sri Lankan heritage, Janaki was Assistant Director and Offstage Cover for our 2025 production of Back to Bilo at Queensland Theatre Company for Brisbane Festival, before going on to perform the role of Priya Nadesalingam at Darwin Festival 2026.
